At Cavetown, we want you to love your new wardrobe additions, but if a fit isn't right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
